1. 15-Day Return & Exchange Window

  • Hassle-Free Timeline: We offer a 15-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery for all eligible products.
  • Eligibility Verification: To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, the product must be completely unused, pristine, and in its original condition.
  • Documentation & Packaging: The item must be accompanied by the original invoice, all authentic grading certificates (including IGI or hallmarking certificates), and the original protective branding box and packaging.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain products are strictly excluded from our standard 15-day return policy. These include:

  • Customized, bespoke, or made-to-order jewelry pieces.
  • Items that have been personalized or engraved at the customer's request.
  • Products exhibiting customer-inflicted damage, accidental wear, or third-party resizing.
  • Returns attempted without the original cash invoice or mandatory grading/authenticity certificates.

3. Inspection and Refund Processing

  • Quality Check: Once your return is received at our facility, it will undergo a thorough inspection by our quality assurance team to verify its purity, condition, and original documentation.
  • Refund Timeline: Upon successful approval, the refund will be initiated back to your original payment method. The credit will reflect in your bank account or card within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

4. Lifetime Exchange & Buyback Policy

We support the long-term asset value of your jewelry. All value percentages apply strictly to the prevailing market rates of the precious metals and diamonds on the exact day of the transaction:

  • Lab-Grown Diamond Jewellery:
    • Lifetime Exchange: Up to 90% of the eligible product value.
    • Lifetime Buyback: Up to 80% of the eligible product value.
  • Gold Jewellery:
    • 0% Deduction Exchange: Enjoy a 0% deduction on the eligible gold value when exchanging for another piece, strictly subject to purity testing and gold weight verification (making charges, taxes, and stones are excluded).

5. Warranties & Complimentary Services

  • Lifetime Plating: To ensure your jewelry retains its optimal brilliance, we offer complimentary Lifetime Plating services on all eligible gold and silver jewelry lines.
  • Customized Jewelry Policy: Customized or custom-engraved jewelry can only be evaluated, repaired, or replaced in the case of verified manufacturing defects reported immediately upon delivery.
